The UX Writer intern will write and refine clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy while collaborating with design, product, and customer education teams. They will also learn and apply Zenoti’s voice and tone guidelines across product areas and participate in content audits.
Responsibilities
- Write and refine clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy for buttons, labels, alerts, flows, modals, and navigation
- Collaborate with design, product, and customer education teams to ensure content enhances usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Learn and apply Zenoti’s voice and tone guidelines across product areas and digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in UX writing, UX content design, or related writing roles
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with a portfolio of digital product work
- Familiarity with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
