Lead Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will produce designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience, including user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes. They will act as the user advocate in cross-functional teams and communicate design processes effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs with input from your product team to achieve the desired customer experience, including user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Act as the user-advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects and software engineers
• Communicate your design process and recommendations effectively to C-Suite level stakeholders and below across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college
• 5+ years relevant design experience, working with a product team
• Strong communication skills (delivering to both business and technical partners)

• Strong communication skills (delivering to both business and technical partners)
• Experience working with robust designs systems using atomic UI design principles
• Strong proficiency in sketching, prototyping, articulating design decisions, and processing stakeholder feedback
