As a Staff Product Designer, you will define platform-wide experiences and lead the design system strategy. You will also mentor other designers and ensure high-quality design execution across the organization.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing and successfully shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products at scale
- Proven experience in leading, building, scaling, and governing a large-scale, enterprise-grade Design System
- Technical fluency required to influence code and front-end architecture
- Expertise in managing the integrity of design decisions across code
