Principal Product Designer

Lead the definition and evolution of the platform’s information architecture and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and scalable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, documentation, and evolution of macro and micro information architecture and interaction models
- Design and codify common workflows and user journeys that span multiple products and workloads
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers to embed IA and workflow best practices into end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Deep understanding of information & interaction design principles and designing for complex, multi-product ecosystems
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-led design methodologies
