Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects in areas such as Design System and Growth UX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable patterns and user journeys that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers to define and implement scalable patterns, workflows, and user journeys
- Leverage AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping to validate ideas and inform design decisions
- Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-led design methodologies
