The Lead Product Designer will guide the design practice and shape high-impact experiences across products. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, leading product iterations, evolving the design system, and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers on zero-to-one projects to bring new product ideas to life
- Lead ongoing product iterations, making improvements based on feedback, research, and data
- Design across devices and breakpoints, platforms and channels
- Evolve the design system to keep everything clean, consistent, and scalable
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile-web products end-to-end
- Deep expertise in Figma
- Skilled at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate product data and customer insights into actionable design improvements
