Lead design efforts on key projects and initiatives, conceptualizing improvements that advance Branch's mission. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to produce intuitive design solutions from ideation to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts on key projects and initiatives
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes
- Translate complex ideas into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience designing interfaces
- Strong understanding of mobile and web design best practices
- Usability mindset that doesn't shy away from complexity
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in Figma and other industry-standard design/prototyping tools
- Online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us
