The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for core platform capabilities, translating complex data concepts into intuitive interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation and maintain design integrity.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery for core platform capabilities
- Translate highly technical data concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces that marketers can confidently use without technical support
- Design complex workflows that balance power and simplicity
- Create interactive prototypes that express motion, feedback, and state transitions across data-intensive UIs
- Evolve and maintain MessageGears’ design language and system for scalability across multiple products and teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in complex SaaS or data-heavy environments and demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Skilled across the full design stack: UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems
