As a Product Designer, you will work end-to-end across discovery, ideation, and delivery, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You will drive innovation, facilitate design workshops, and help maintain and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end across discovery, ideation, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional squad to deliver impactful product experiences and dev-ready design assets
- Drive innovation and early-stage discovery projects
- Facilitate design workshops, user research sessions, and validation activities
- Support our Design Ops practice by contributing to key initiatives and collaborating closely with the team
- Help maintain and evolve our design system
- Advocate for best-in-class design thinking across the organisation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in fast-pace SaaS startups and scale-ups
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, especially for complex workflows
- A good eye for design and sound judgment in applying design best practices
