Senior Product Designer - Advance Trading EXP

Drive the design of end-to-end workflows for the Trader Experience team while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Contribute to evolving the design system and facilitate design reviews to uplift the craft of other designers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design of end-to-end workflows, balancing usability, visual clarity, and technical feasibility for the Trader Experience team
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to define and establish design initiatives that accelerate the user-centric development of Topstep’s Trading Platform
- Translate research and insights into design strategies, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
- Drive collaboration with PMs and engineers to scope solutions, align priorities, and ensure quality through delivery
- Contribute to evolving the design system by creating reusable components and patterns
- Facilitate design reviews, give constructive feedback, and help uplift the craft of other designers
- Define and track success measures, validating design performance through data and feedback loops
- Present work clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, connecting design rationale to user and business impact
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Design
- Demonstrable experience in the design of Trading platforms
- Demonstrable experience in simplifying complex real-time financial data through interactive visualizations
- Demonstrable experience in complex multi-component userflow interaction design
