Own and evolve Topstep’s design system, ensuring it supports web and native mobile platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define scalable systems that enhance product delivery and quality.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Topstep’s design system
- Design, prototype, and document reusable UI components and interaction patterns
- Advise and guide the Product Design team on mobile best practices
- Partner with mobile engineering (iOS + Android) to define implementation standards
Requirements
- 8+ years minimum of experience in Product Design
- 3+ years dedicated to designing systems
- 3+ years dedicated to mobile native
- Track record of leading large-scale design initiatives from exploration through delivery
- Proven expertise designing and shipping native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) at scale
