The successful candidate will conduct user research and usability testing to define top tasks and pain points, and design interaction flows within Copilot Studio constraints. They will also develop a scalable design system and create high-fidelity prototypes for leadership demos and stakeholder reviews.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to define top tasks and pain points
- Design interaction flows for search, chat, and feedback mechanisms within Copilot Studio constraints
- Develop a scalable design system (components, tokens) aligned with EQ brand guidelines
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for leadership demos and stakeholder reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for enterprise or complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and design systems
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
