Conduct user research and analysis to inform and improve the design and functionality of products and services. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user research findings into the design and development process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform and improve the design and functionality of products and services
- Develop and implement comprehensive research plans and methodologies to gather user insights
- Analyze and interpret complex research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers
- Create detailed user personas and journey maps based on comprehensive research data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
- 2+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools
- Excellent presentation skills to visualize technically complex topics
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
