Senior UX Researcher

Lead research initiatives across the product lifecycle and execute end-to-end research projects. Establish UX research standards and coach teams in applying research methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across the product lifecycle.
• Own and execute end-to-end research initiatives (from scoping to synthesis).
• Conduct both exploratory (foundational) and evaluative studies.
• Apply diverse research methods: usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, concept testing, etc.
• Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment.
• Proven success running mixed-methods research independently.
• Strong research craft — from planning and recruiting to synthesis and insight delivery.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence product decisions and challenge assumptions with empathy and data.
• Experience working in agile squads or tribes.
• Passion for coaching and helping teams scale their research maturity.
