Senior UX Researcher

Plan and execute end-to-end research studies to gather insights into user behavior and needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and develop user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end research studies using a variety of methods.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, design research plans, and develop user-centric solutions.
• Create and maintain research artifacts such as research briefs, discussion guides, usability test scripts, and research reports.
• Advocate for the user by actively participating in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and other collaborative activities.
• Present results regularly to cross-team creative peers, engineers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree in the social/behavioral sciences, human-computer interaction (HCI) or a related discipline or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant UX research experience.
• High-level knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods; excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw meaningful insights.

• Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to lead teams through a wide range of complex and ambiguous research and user-centered design tasks.
