You will design UI/UX for software development projects, primarily web apps for desktop and smartphones. You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements and ensure design quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Du gestaltest UI/UX-Designs für unsere Software-Entwicklungsprojekte – primär Web-Apps für Desktop und Smartphones
- Du bekommst Anforderungen aus Projekten (Kundenseite oder interne Ausschreibungen) und entwickelst auf Basis dieser Anforderungen Wireframes, Mockups, Prototypen
- Du etablierst und nutzt Figma als zentrales Tool im Designprozess: vom ersten Konzept bis zur Übergabe der Daten in den Dev-Mode
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung der Designs: Konsistenz in UI, Usability, Responsive Verhalten (Mobil & Desktop) sowie Übergabequalität an die Umsetzung
- Du setzt KI ein, um Design-Prototypen zu erstellen und kannst schnell Mockups liefern, wenn es darauf ankommt (z. B. für Ausschreibungen oder kurzfristige Kundenanforderungen)
Requirements
- Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design von Web- und Mobile-Anwendungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Figma, inklusive Komponenten, Designsystemen und Dev-Mode-Übergabe
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Usability, visuelle Gestaltung und Interaktionsdesign
- Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse und Nutzerbedürfnisse zu verstehen und in verständliche Oberflächen zu übersetzen
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. zur Ideenfindung oder Prototyping)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
