The company is seeking a designer to own the end-to-end member experience and internal advocate tools, partnering with product, engineering, and operations to ship fast and measure impact.
Responsibilities
- Design clear flows for plan linking, bill review, claims status, and appeals progress
- Build the design system, accessibility standards, and content patterns for plain-language healthcare UX
- Pair AI suggestions with expert review inside internal tools to speed up advocate workflows
- Run lean research with members and advocates and turn insights into shipped improvements
- Prototype with real data while respecting privacy and compliance requirements like HIPAA
- Define metrics and dashboards that tie design decisions to member outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years designing consumer or trust-critical products in health, fintech, gov, or similar
- Consumer design background
- Strength in information architecture and content design
- High empathy for people under stress, strong bias to simplify, and tight collaboration with engineers
