Junior UX Designer - Conversational AI. (remote from Spain)

Design user flows and conversational interfaces that improve usability and engagement. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and accessible experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows and conversational interfaces that improve usability and engagement
- Create and maintain design files in Figma, contributing to the shared design system
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and accessible experiences
- Support UX research and testing to validate design decisions
- Apply UX good practices to enhance clarity, consistency, and inclusivity
- Contribute to documentation and visual assets for bots and automated experiences
- Automate and improve workflows
- Participate in design critiques and cross-functional meetings to learn and grow
Requirements
- Studies in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- 0–2 years of professional experience in Conversational Design, UX or Product Design roles
- Understanding of design foundations: typography, color, layout, hierarchy
- Interest in accessibility, UX good practices, and collaboration with developers
