Amazon's Devices and Services Design organization is seeking a Visual UX Designer to lead Amazon’s next innovation and create exciting, AI-driven Alexa and UI experiences for flagship products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design experience and a strong understanding of visual systems and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Be hands on, working alongside a talented team of like-minded visual designers, and have a strong understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, color palette, typography, iconography and illustrations
- Visualize an experience in the abstract, build consensus, and then drive that vision into concise design deliverables
- Advocate for design excellence and help create meaningful, emotional connection between customers and our products
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Key Skills
- Visual UX design skills
- Strong understanding of visual systems and best practices

Benefits
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets
- Base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
