Senior UX Designer

Lead design projects from discovery through delivery, including user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA. Collaborate with product managers and front-end engineers to drive WireScreen’s design forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from discovery through delivery: user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA
- Collaborate daily with product managers and front-end engineers in New York
- Shape and extend the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across features
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Turn complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
- Mentor and collaborate with teammates on design best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Experience designing a complex system targeted at B2B/Prosumer/Expert users
- Have shipped at least one project from discovery through to delivery
- Excellent visual design skills
- Experience working with data from a design perspective
- High fluency in Figma
