Senior UX Designer

As a UX Designer at HugoHub, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive and scalable solutions for complex problems. You will also conduct usability testing and translate user feedback into impactful design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights, advocate for users, and design thoughtful, data-informed fintech experiences
• Communicate and present ideas, user flows, and prototypes to drive alignment across teams
• Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and translate insights into impactful design improvements
• Ship products and continuously refine experiences that thousands of users engage with daily
• Own end-to-end design delivery across multiple product initiatives

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in UX Design
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Strong foundation in UX methodologies with proven experience in user research, testing, and translating insights into user-centered design

Key Skills

• Strong foundation in UX methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with established UX workflows
• Deep understanding of Information Architecture and designing intuitive navigation systems
• Leadership qualities to mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and practices across the team
