The Senior UX Designer will identify user needs and design intuitive solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and design intuitive solutions through sketching, prototyping, and testing
- Conduct discovery research to develop a deep understanding of user behavior, the market, and competitive products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, consistent experiences
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
- Document detailed interaction models, user flows, and UI specifications
- Partner with fellow designers to ensure design system consistency and promote UI best practices
- Balance user needs with business goals to design experiences that drive measurable impact
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on data and user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- An online portfolio showcasing UX design work and process
Key Skills
- Strong UX and visual design capabilities, with experience extending and maintaining design systems
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver solutions in evolving product environments
- A balance between innovation and practicality, designing for both user delight and business outcomes
- A growth mindset — open to feedback, iteration, and continuous learning
- Proven ability to collaborate and build trust across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Figma, Axure, or other prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and constraints
- Ability to define and track UX success metrics to measure design effectiveness
