Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will develop effective interactive design solutions to enhance user satisfaction and create seamless user journeys. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Interaction Design: Work iteratively with business and project management to develop effective interactive design solutions
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Working with BAs and business leads to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma
- Visual Design: Apply visual design principles to create usable and cohesive user interfaces across various platforms for different user groups
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts and leads, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and the successful implementation of design solutions
- Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives
- User Research: Be familiar with user research best practices to understand and validate user needs, behaviors, and pain points to update designs based upon user feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a UX Designer in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environment
- Minimum of 5 years design within the financial services industry
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or commensurate experience and demonstratable skill set
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
