— Robert L. Peters

- Build, adapt, and maintain Figma libraries: variables/tokens, component properties, variants, responsive behaviours, states

- Produce production-ready screens with strong craft (forms, tables, filters, edge/error/empty/loading states)
- Write pragmatic guidelines and redlines to support implementation and UAT
- Partner with engineering on token mapping, breakpoints, interaction patterns, support QA to reduce rework
- Champion accessibility intent (WCAG 2.2 AA considerations) and localisation (Eng/TC/SC)
- Mentor designers, run critiques, enforce governance to manage scope and maintain consistency
- Communicate proactively with PM/BA/Engineering and local stakeholders, surface risks early

- Expert Figma: Auto Layout, variables/tokens, component properties, variants, library hygiene, prototyping
- Proven reskin/realignment experience within a live system and release cadence
- Clear, structured handover to engineers (specs, annotations, token mapping, AC)
