Senior UX Designer, Pixel Buds

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Advocate for design-centered changes and integrate user feedback into product updates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Communicate the user experience throughout the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
• Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in product design or UX
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams
• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX (preferred)
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization (preferred)
• 2 years of experience leading design projects with 1 year of experience working with executive leaders (preferred)
