Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives, including research, information architecture, prototypes, and polished UI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into clear workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives (research → IA → prototypes → polished UI)
- Design user flows for operators, marketers, and admins across web and mobile
- Contribute to and mature PAR’s design system with accessible, scalable design patterns
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, efficient, task-oriented workflows
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering across discovery, definition, and delivery
- Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
- Collaborate with other designers to raise overall craft quality and consistency
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of UI/UX or product design experience (enterprise SaaS, platform, or multi-workflow product is a plus)
- A portfolio that demonstrates interaction design depth, systems thinking, and strong UI craft
- Fluency in Figma and modern design systems (variants, tokens, constraints, responsiveness)
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, structured flows
- Experience participating early in product discovery — not just final visual execution
- Solid grasp of accessibility, edge cases, and state clarity in complex systems
- People-management or mentorship experience (coaching, reviewing, or leading designers)
- Experience designing for operational or real-time environments (POS, retail, logistics, QSR, etc)
