Graphic Designer (Conservative Politics)

Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns. Collaborate with the Creative team and Project Managers to ensure high-quality production and results-driven designs.

Responsibilities

• Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts
• Be a forever student of direct response, studying what's working both in the agency and across the industry
• Be obsessed with results, seeking to improve client performance through creative design and strategic testing of package elements
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset and build strong relationships with HSP's Creative team of copywriters
• Collaborate with HSP's Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools
• Alignment with HSP's mission and commitment to support conservative clients and principles
• Clear and effective communicator who welcomes collaboration and feedback
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Ability to work with different teams and personalities while respectfully pushing for the desired outcome
