Relyance AI is seeking a Principal/Lead Designer to lead the design and development of user interfaces for their Trust & Governance platform.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design of user interfaces for the Trust & Governance platform
- Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs
- Conducting user research to understand the needs of users
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback
- Collaborating with engineers to implement designs
- Staying up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- A strong portfolio of user-centered design work
- Experience with user research methods
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces
- Experience in designing and building SaaS products
- Startup/early-stage company experience
