Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and priorities while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and priorities
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the design team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Education in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or related design program, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Ability to design full websites (PC, Tablet & Mobile)
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CSS/HTML5 is an asset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Key Skills
- UX/UI design experience
