- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly print materials.
- Excellent sense of typography, color, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
