UX Designer to work on improving the experience of internal platforms, mainly based on Salesforce and Dashboards, and collaborating with different profiles to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize workflows on multiple platforms
- Perform heuristic evaluations and research with internal users
- Implement consistent UI solutions using our Design System
- Collaborate and facilitate activities with multifunctional teams to align UX objectives with business needs
- Create and review complex information architectures
Requirements
- Graduate of the career of Design: Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Integral Design or related
- Knowledge of user experience design (UI/UX) in digital products
- 2+ years of experience in digital product design
- Domain of UI/UX design tools (Figma)
- Advanced English (exclusive and will be evaluated)
- Experience working with design systems
