Senior UX Designer H/F

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and optimize user experiences for a client in the insurance sector, focusing on mobile-first and cross-platform coherence. Your mission includes transforming user needs and insights into intuitive and effective user journeys aligned with product strategy and UX standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research — interviews, tests, quantitative and qualitative analyses — to identify irritants and opportunities for improvement
• Translating these learnings into concrete solutions using proven UX methodologies: framing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Designing optimized paths for client self-care spaces, responsive website, and mobile application
• Leading co-design and prioritization workshops with Product, Marketing, and Development teams, to embark all stakeholders around a single UX vision
• Working closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure consistency, feasibility, and quality of solutions on all supports

Requirements

• Solid experience in UX Design, mastering research, design, and evaluation methods on web and mobile
• Ability to adapt approaches according to product context and technical constraints, while maintaining a user-centered vision
• Mastery of UX methodology, able to choose, adapt, and transmit good practices according to context
• Autonomy in planning, analyzing, and translating user research insights into concrete optimizations
• Structured and collaborative approach, able to embark teams and ensure consistency of paths on all devices

Key Skills

• Mastery of the main design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to exploit Adobe Analytics to evaluate the performance and impact of interfaces
