Senior UI Designer H/F

As a Senior UI Designer, you will design modern and functional user interfaces while ensuring visual consistency with the company's design guidelines. You will also create and evolve components of the Design System and develop interactive prototypes for testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Conceiving user interfaces that are modern, elegant, and functional, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with the company's graphic charter and Design System
• Actively participating in the creation and evolution of Design System components, ensuring their reusability and documentation
• Imagining and realizing micro-interactions that enhance the user experience and reinforce the product's visual identity
• Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate, test, and validate concepts with teams and users
• Conducting regular benchmarks to identify UI trends, best market practices, and improvement levers
• Contributing to the clear and precise documentation of components and usage rules, to ensure a smooth implementation by Product and Development teams

• Sens créatif: conceiving interfaces with high visual value, while respecting functional and technical constraints
• Analyse and data: exploiting qualitative and quantitative data to guide and justify design decisions
• Communication visuelle: presenting, arguing, and defending graphical choices to teams
• Vision utilisateur & business: understanding user needs and product objectives, and balancing them in proposals
• Collaboration & initiative: appreciating teamwork and demonstrating autonomy in project management
• Ergonomie and IHM: mastering fundamental principles to create intuitive and accessible interfaces
• Agilité: being at ease in an Agile work environment, interacting constantly with Product Owners and developers

Key Skills

• Mastery of the main design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to exploit Adobe Analytics to evaluate the performance and impact of interfaces
