Ifolor is seeking a UI/UX Designer to build, maintain, and further develop their central design system, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and user-centered experience across all digital products.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining, and further developing the central design system
- Creation, documentation, and continuous optimization of UI components, style guides, and design guidelines
- Ensuring a consistent user experience across different platforms and products
- Collaboration with other UX/UI designers, frontend engineers, and product managers
- Supporting the implementation and adherence to design principles in the product development process
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of the design system
Requirements
- Completed studies or equivalent education in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, ideally with a focus on design systems
- Very good German and English language skills
- Safe handling of Figma (mandatory) and experience with Storybook (an advantage)
- High accuracy, a pronounced quality awareness, and an eye for consistency
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach with high communication and team skills
