The Senior Product & UX Designer will lead the design of user interfaces and experiences, ensuring they are easy to use and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include conducting research, usability testing, and developing prototypes to validate design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a human-centered design process to lead and deliver easy-to-use user interfaces and user experiences
- Conduct research, design interfaces rooted in value, conduct usability testing, and develop prototypes to validate design concepts
- Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics
- Develop high-level, detailed storyboards and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX Design, particularly in browser-based applications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or equivalent experience and certifications
- Strong working knowledge of UX design and User interface design principles
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis
- Tech-savvy
