Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will set direction, drive design quality, and elevate the impact of design across Xplor Gym. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to shape strategy and craft end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set direction, drive design quality, and elevate the impact of design across Xplor Gym
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to shape strategy, craft end-to-end experiences, and ensure solutions meet user and business needs
• Produce high-quality designs that leverage Apollo and contribute to its evolution through new components and standards
• Lead discovery and research initiatives by planning, conducting, and synthesizing insights to ground product decisions in evidence

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design expertise across web and mobile platforms
• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments
• Past management experience leading and developing designers through mentoring, career growth, and performance management
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects end-to-end from discovery and research through launch and iteration
• Deep expertise in user-centered design with strong research skills and the ability to use data and feedback to shape strategy
