As a Senior UX Designer, you will improve existing products from a UX perspective and collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify new opportunities. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to define strategies and tactics for upcoming initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing product from a UX perspective and drive forward discoveries and identify new potential topics
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to define long-term strategy and short-term tactics
- Analyze and understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape products
Requirements
- Expert in UX design and complex discovery topics
- Experienced in user research that surfaces authentic and unbiased insights
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Deep understanding of web applications
- Excellent portfolio showcasing design work, style and interest
- Fluent communication in English
