As a UX Designer, you will design user experiences focused on conversion and business impact, transforming user insights and data into effective lead generation pathways. You will conduct user research, implement structured UX approaches, and collaborate with various teams to optimize customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify needs, irritants, and opportunities for improvement
- Implement structured UX approaches, integrating business and behavioral data
- Perform regular UX benchmarks to identify best practices and inform strategic thinking
- Animate co-design and prioritization workshops with product, marketing, and tech teams
- Map customer journeys, analyze friction points, and propose high-impact optimizations
Requirements
- Solid expertise in UX Design and understanding of business levers
- Autonomous and analytical, able to transform data into concrete actions and defend UX choices based on performance
- Excellent mastery of UX design, adaptable to different contexts and methods
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square
