Nooks is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business and user needs
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and engagement
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the platform
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a strong design culture within the company
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, including web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
