UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for all design elements of exciting and new platforms. You will translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for a development team to implement.
Responsibilities
- Effectively translate concepts, ideas, and visions into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Engage in ongoing activities to learn, practice, and evolve design to integrate it into a more agile and efficient process
- Lead, coach, and engage the design team to ensure goals are met and high-quality work
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs
- Be an internal and external thought leader and innovator
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Compelling portfolio of design projects
- Demonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to support and teach fellow designers
Key Skills
- Design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
