Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will drive creative direction for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives, designing assets across various channels. They will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships to elevate Aikido's brand identity and manage design projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive creative direction for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Design assets across digital, print, event, and social channels
- Elevate and evolve Aikido’s brand identity
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships on visual storytelling and go-to-market materials
- Manage design projects end-to-end: from concept and briefing to delivery, feedback, and iteration
- Help define and maintain scalable design systems and visual standards as we grow globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or developer-focused brands
- Strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work
- Experience creating high-quality static content for multiple platforms
- Fluent in Figma
- Ability to work fast, stay organized, and ship polished work with minimal fluff
- Collaborative mindset, able to lead, give direction, and manage externals, agencies, and junior designers
