Develop a visual vocabulary for social media that aligns with the Blueprint brand. Collaborate with the social copywriter to create unique concepts that engage the audience and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Work with larger design team to develop a visual vocabulary that feels both social native, and quintessentially Blueprint
- Collaborate with our social copywriter to develop a unique social voice that translates visually
- Develop unique concepts that break through the crowded wellness space on social media
- Design repeatable formats that our audience will want to return to again and again
- Learn from the data: what stops a thumb for our audience? How can we do more of what works and less of what doesnโt while maintaining the blueprint ethos?
Requirements
- 3-5 years of agency or in-house graphic design experience
- A portfolio of design work demonstrating high engagement on social channels
- An ability to distill complex principles into simple, compelling imagery
- An ability to use performance data to inform design best practices
- Experience building design systems that scale without going stale
- Experience designing for health and wellness brands
