As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive projects from concept to launch, shaping the product vision and guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges. You will also mentor and support designers, contribute to the evolution of product design practices, and represent the design practice in client conversations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design on projects, defining vision, direction, and outcomes
- Translate complex technologies and audience insights into elegant, intuitive digital experiences
- Create momentum and alignment from ambiguity
- Mentor and support designers across levels
- Contribute to shaping the product design discipline
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Deep expertise across design and technology
- Comfortable moving between vision and detail
- Skilled at bringing clarity to complex problems
- Communicates clearly and proactively
