UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with a global team of UX professionals to enhance product experiences using responsible AI. They will leverage their expertise to influence design and research work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging responsible AI to drive measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years designing enterprise product experiences
• An online portfolio demonstrating wide-ranging experiences
• Professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles and techniques
• Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence day-to-day design and research work
• Ability to balance needs of concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research
• Examples of AI tools usage to improve outcomes
• Ability to quantify AI impact
• Proficiency with approaches to AI usage
• Practice following relevant safeguards and compliance practices
