The Cluster Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets for all cluster properties. This includes creating print, digital, social media, and operational design materials while ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate visual identity standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets for all cluster properties, including print, digital, social media, and operational materials.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, InDesign CC, and other design software; developing skills in HTML/Dreamweaver and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Translate cluster-wide marketing strategy and brand positioning into visually compelling creative work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, rates, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Track and manage creative projects using organized systems to ensure deadlines, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure design briefs are complete, accurate, and adhere to graphic design SOPs, avoiding wasted resources and time.
- Support Cluster Marketing Leader in regional events, campaigns, and on-property creative projects.
- Maintain, improve, and organize cluster-wide image and media libraries, including photography, video, and digital assets.
- Provide photography and creative support for property promotions, internal events, and guest experiences.
- Maintain stock photography library and ensure all usage rights are correctly documented.
- Maintain printer and translation provider databases; assess performance and update quarterly.
- Support cluster social media initiatives with high-quality, brand-consistent visuals.
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns, web banners, and other digital materials.
- Coordinate translations and follow-up with procurement for print deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive.
- Ensure all digital artwork is systematically stored and backed up regularly.
- Collaborate with operational teams (F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure creative materials meet business needs.
- Actively participate in client familiarization trips, events, and activations as needed.
- Maintain accurate departmental records, including briefs, reports, and supplier communications.
- Take ownership of personal development in creative software, photography, videography, and social media.
- Apply cost-conscious solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality.
