The Graphic Designer will create diverse visual content for agency and client projects, including brand identities and marketing materials. This role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and meeting weekly deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design brand identities, logos, and visual identity systems for agency clients
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements
- Develop print and digital designs across various formats and platforms
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand brand requirements and project objectives
- Utilize AI tools to generate initial design concepts and explore creative directions
- Refine AI-generated concepts using professional design skills to create polished final deliverables
- Design presentation materials, pitch decks, and corporate communications
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting weekly deadlines
- Create social media content templates and branded graphic assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and touchpoints
- Adapt existing designs to different formats, sizes, and platforms as needed
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and team members
- Stay current with design trends, typography, and visual communication best practices
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to project managers
Requirements
- 4+ years of graphic design experience with both startup and agency backgrounds
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, print design, and digital graphics
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and willingness to integrate them into workflow
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Experience working with clients directly and incorporating feedback professionally
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design specifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Experience with white-label design work or agency client projects preferred
- Available to work within UK timezone for team collaboration and client communication
