The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals for SALTT, developing digital and print assets, and ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital and print assets, ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement
- Design visually compelling assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, websites, landing pages, packaging, and product imagery
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, affiliate, and eCommerce teams to ensure that all visuals align with business objectives and enhance user experience
- Oversee and take responsibility for projects from concept to delivery to analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print media
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while also contributing to the evolution of a brand’s visual identity
Key Skills
- Strong design portfolio
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
