User Experience Designer to join a team in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity, acting as a bridge between UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams
- Help maintain the integrity of design systems and integrate updates across platforms
- Champion best practices for adoption
- Design and maintain design system and integrate components into development environments
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience working directly developing design systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Figma advanced functionality
- Proven track record of working at the intersection of design and development
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of responsive UI design, accessibility standards, and design-to-code workflows
