Full-time Intermediate

The Intermediate UX Designer will design seamless and innovative digital banking experiences for a mobile platform, ensuring a customer-centered approach. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with the bank's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design Execution: Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes for digital banking applications
  • User Testing: Assist in planning and assisting in usability tests and other design research activities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their UX design skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, specifically in the banking or fintech industry
  • Relevant Qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including workflows, wireframes, and user interface designs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and user research findings to various stakeholders
