The Principal UX Designer will improve the usability and overall digital experience for OneTrust products while mentoring junior designers. They will create design deliverables, analyze UX metrics, and advocate for UX best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions
- Identify, define, and promote UX best practices, including templates
Requirements
- 8+ years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process
- Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
